1. WAITLIST OPEN!

2. Send the Pre-Application to WWapps@qresinc.com in order to reserve your spot on the waitlist.  Pre-Applications received prior to the waitlist opening will not be accepted.

3. An email confirmation will be sent once your name has been added to the waitlist.

4. Wait until you are contacted by property management staff to schedule an Intake Appointment, which will include:

   • The full screening application

   • Income certification

   • Other information needed to complete the application.
